Jacob Beaton is an award-winning Indigenous business leader and acclaimed public speaker. He leads Tea Creek, an innovative holistic model that is Indigenous-led, land-based, and culturally safe. Jacob Beaton has provided business, negotiation, real estate, management, and leadership support to Indigenous clients.
Recognition includes national and international awards for innovation, community engagement, leadership, and business excellence. He is a recipient of the BC Achievement Foundation’s Indigenous Business Award, the BC Land Award, the UN FAO Food Hero
Award, and has been bestowed with the King’s Coronation Medal for leadership in Agriculture.
